'Magnificence'
Original sold. Now available in limited edition print.
36" x 24 oil on canvas
Trees are the souls of our planet.
I will forever be in awe of this majestic giant Oak near my home in the Cotswolds. It represents the beauty of natural architecture and fulfills an important daily role as home to hundreds of insect and animal species.
I have embellished nature's own drama with a more dramatic backdrop and hopefully recreated a little of the magic that happened on a dark day when shafts of sunlight illuminated albeit fleetingly, this Oak, one of the real celebrities of our world.
